INFORMATION

    Eastwood Elementary Gym - 500 10th Ave E, West Fargo, ND

    There will be no concessions available at this event.

  • 11:00 AM

    General admission begins at 10:15am. Gym doors open to spectators at 10:30am.

    West Fargo High School - 801 9th St E, West Fargo, ND

    The following teams will face WEST when competing/performing: Class B, Junior Varsity, Junior High, Studio. Spectators will enter the SW doors of the gym.

    The following teams will face EAST when competing/performing: Class A Varsity, Cheer. Spectators will enter the SE doors of the gym.

    Concessions will open at 8:30am.

  • FRIDAY

    Adults and students - $5

    4 and under - Free

    SATURDAY

    Adults - $10

    Students K-12 - $5

    4 and under - Free

    Wristband for both Friday and Saturday - $12

Registration: 

  • All registration will be online - due October 19th

  • Please submit a separate registration form for each team

  • Registration confirmation will be sent to coach via email

Payment:

  • Payment is due November 14th (one month before competition)

  • Please mail one check made payable to IPOP

Rules and Regulations 

  • The competition will follow the North Dakota Association of Dance and Drill (NDADD) rules and regulations

  • Teams will be scored using NDADD score sheets

  • The individual competition and team competition will be scored by separate sets of judges

Solos

Duets/Trios

Turns, Leaps/Jumps, Kicks, Acro

  • Solos - time limit of 2.5 minutes

    Duets/Trios - time limit of 2.5 minutes

    Turns - Dancer will execute three separate turns or turn combinations of their choice

    Leaps/Jumps - Dancer will execute three separate leaps/jumps or leap/jump combinations of their choice

    Kicks - Dancer will execute four eight counts of kicks. Kicks can be any style or variety

    Acro - Dancer will execute three acro/gymnastics elements or combinations of their choice

  • Mini (grades 3-5)

    Youth (grades 6-8)

    Junior (grades 9-10)

    Senior (grades 11-12)

    Dancers do not need to be affiliated with a team to compete in the individual competition.

  • Solo - $40

    Duet - $80

    Trio - $120

    Turns/Leaps/Kicks/Acro - $25 per category
